1. Service Agreement: By booking services with Wedding Orchard Beauty, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your wedding date.
2. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made within 90 days are non-refundable.
4. Service Delivery: We guarantee punctual arrival and professional service delivery. In the unlikely event of artist unavailability due to emergency, we will provide a qualified substitute artist at no additional cost.
